Compliance Manager
Jacob has spent over six years guiding investment management firms through complex, fast-evolving regulatory environments. His background spans the full spectrum of investment advisory and broker-dealer compliance, including RIAs, ERAs, private funds, and dual-registered RIA/FINRA entities. Having served both as an in-house compliance officer and an external consultant, Jacob understands how regulatory requirements function in practice and how to construct tailored, audit-ready compliance programs that protect firms without slowing down business growth.
Combining academic rigor with specialized industry credentials, Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation. He leverages this technical foundation to fortify client compliance frameworks and keep programs continuously prepared for regulatory examinations.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys volunteering, writing, and staying active outdoors. He can often be found taking walks with his three dogs: Milky Way, Annie, and Moose.
