Rahndayah (Randi) is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over eight years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. With a strong foundation in legal support and an extensive background working across federal, corporate, and tech sectors, Rahndayah brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every project she undertakes.
Rahndayah holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Support & Services and a Paralegal Certificate from Purdue University. Throughout her career, she has supported federal investigations, developed incident response plans, and led complex subpoena and claims processes, ensuring strict adherence to regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and SOC2. She has also helped organizations strengthen compliance frameworks, reduce legal risk, and streamline operations by leveraging tools like Westlaw, LexisNexis, Salesforce, and SQL-based reporting platforms. Her mission is to help clients stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements through proactive risk mitigation and operational excellence.
